Feedback on an Excellent Job

I got the urge to send you this feedback because I think your company or whoever owns and runs it does an excellent job....

Your product is excellent but that is not what drove me to send you the feedback. It's your attention to detail which is fantastic. Your packaging is incredible, your simple yet clearly laid out website, the detail, simplicity and clarity of your instructions, the ease in which questions are dealt with on phone and the lack of nonsense we are so accustomed to these days when dealing with businesses. I'm sure there is much more that makes the total package so good.....
