Thinking of placing a plantation shutter order with us and have a question or two? Here are some answers to those frequently asked that may help:

Can I visit the ShutterKits showroom to discuss my shutter options?
Absolutely. As we split our time with our factory and our showroom isn't attended 100% of the time, a showroom appointment is preferred for an interruption free one on one consultation.
Please note: We strongly adhere to Qld Health COVID safe mandates and restrictions.

Where would I find the quote number on my quotation?
All quotations are recorded in our data base in your name. It's always nicer to be referred to as you not a number!

What is the process for having my order started?
Once you're happy with the final quote and wish to proceed with your shutter order, we require 50% deposit to commence your order and the balance prior to delivery, dispatch or pick up.

How do I make my deposit?
We accept Visa & MasterCard over the phone or bank transfer. A CBA bank receipt is emailed through to you if processing a credit card payment or if processing a bank transfer please use your name as the bank reference.

How do I install my readymade shutters?
All of our Readymade shutters come with step by step installation and maintenance guides.

How do I assemble my Cedar kit shutters?
We have step by step assembly instruction videos on our website along with printable versions available.

What if I have a problem once I receive my DIY shutters?
